My analysis is that market always drops in march because compamies have to show profit, distribute dividents, etc. Looked logical. The two year before last year was this story. Last year, the triger came little early because of some anouncements.. and some people who invest based on other money got caught.. Well showed some faults is the system. These people are not real investers. Real investers hide behind them and get ZERO loss investment opion as they can sell when it touches red. I hope similar phenomena is not repeated. Market should get correction either a) Market fault b) Year end booking I hope it will not drop before Jan.

PRANAV SANGHAVI answers, I would say when the earnigns justify that level. Basically if the SENSEX stocks are at P/E Multiples of around 14 to 15 and the index is at 13,000 then it is justified. Not if the P/E ratio is 20.

PRANAV SANGHAVI answers, I think just yesterday the Fed Reserve Chairman said the figures were bouyant and there possibly is no slow down in the economy. Also I think the Indian Economy is not only dependent on the USA markets. Our GDP is growing at well over 8.25% and our inflation shall be kept under 5%. This itself will make us among the top 5 fastest growing economies in the world.
