Adobe inks pact with TCS

October 16, 2003 19:23 IST

US-based publishing software firm Adobe Systems Inc announced on Thursday a tie-up with Tata Consultancy Services, in which TCS will integrate and resell Adobe products as part of their enterprise solution offerings, besides setting up a centre of excellance dedicated to Adobe technologies.

TCS will address the document generation, collaboration and process management challenges organisations face as they move paper-based processes online.

In addition, TCS will sell Adobe's enterprise products as part of its offering and will provide first level customer product, a company statement said in Bangalore.

"Over time, TCS and Adobe expect to work together to build "repeatable" document solutions targeted at vertical markets, such as financial services and government that can be applied to solving document integration problems," Adobe president and CEO Bruce Chizen said.
