Check out who walked the ramp to raise awareness of the risk of heart diseases amongst women.

Sponsored in the US by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, The Heart Truth is a campaign meant to raise awareness of the risk of heart disease in women. The campaign focusses on educating women between the age of forty and sixty about heart ailments.

Over the years, in an attempt to appeal to the female audiences that it addresses, The Heart Truth has joined with the United States Federal Government and fashion industries and have shown their collections largely at the New Yorks Fashion Week.

We bring you the latest Red Dress collection in pictures.

First up we have Hangover II star Jamie Chung who struck this flirty pose as she dazzled in a David Meister gown.

American journalist and host of the Today show, Savannah Guthrie walked the ramp in a classic off-shoulder evening gown by Carolina Herrera.

Television personality Soledad O'Brien sported this stunning belted, off-the-shoulder Black Halo Eve gown.

Toni Braxton stunned in this body-hugging halter gown with a sexy plunging neckline designed by designer Herve L Leroux. She was the last to walk the runway as her own song 'Unbreak My Heart' played in the background.

Olympic gold medallist gymnast Gabby Douglas was invited to walk in this year's Red Dress Collection Fashion Show. The 17-year-old stunned in a Pamella Roland creation.
