We're used to seeing them perfectly made up in the spotlight, gliding down the ramp in haute couture that costs an arm and a leg.

But beyond the fashion, there's a lot more effort that goes into Fashion Week -- here's a look at candids from backstage as the catwalk queens and their crews prepare for a showing.
