Anupamaa: All about shorts, bikinis, summer!

Take a look at designer Anupamaa Dayal's resortwear line from Day Four of Lakme Fashion Week.

It was all about beachwear, fun and florals at Anupamaa Dayal's showing at the LFW today.

The collection, 'Short Stories', was classified into six distinct looks -- chic, rock, bohemian, classic, retro and ethnic. And since it was sponsored by paint giant Dulux, the palette reflected the latest offerings from their Velvet Touch line for luxury walls.

We start off with this silky, baby-blue jumpsuit.

The models seemed to enjoy themselves on the ramp, breaking into dance moves as they showcased see-through kaftans over enticing two-pieces.

Next we have this lengthy golden jacket worn over a bikini top and sarong.

Neon print pants and a red bikini top are ideal for the beach bum look.

We like this blue and white blouse, although we're guessing you'd have to wear something underneath too!

Get your groove on in this mint kaftan dress.

Alesia Raut shows off a trendy tie-dye knee-length number with asymmetrical hemline.

This wispy sundress is rather transparent -- but we're guessing that's the idea!

The designer sends out another flowing kaftan outfit, this time in flaming red.

Cover up with a scarf at the beach -- and make sure you have as cute a skirt as this pleated one to go with it.

Look stunning poolside with this see-through lace-up robe, worn over a lemon two-piece.

We've seen a lot of minis on the LFW runway this year -- get a load of this bright, plunging piece!

How about that? Looks like there's nothing you can't do with our traditional drape!

We see a mix of colourful prints on this pocketed skirt, teamed with a fuschia bikini.
