~ You must have work experience in a call centre or in placements.

For Customer Care Executives

~ You could be a graduate.

~ You could be an undergraduate.

~ You could be a postgraduate.

~ You could have up to six months of experience in an international call centre

~ You could earn between Rs 12,000 and Rs 20,000 a month.
