We'd asked you, dear readers, to tell us how yoga has benefited you.
Rediff reader Bibhuti Mohanty, 45 shares his story.
I am diabetic since 11 years. My sugar level is quite stable and I take medication regularly.
I used to walk every day for 45 minutes to one hour.
Some time ago, I happened to read an article on yoga in Rediff.com.
Just out of curiosity I started doing simple asanas and now it has become my passion.
Whenever I have time to spare at home, I tend to do these asanas.
The results have been very good. My weight is tremendously under control and my neuropathic pain has also reduced.
Do you practice yoga? How often do you do it?
Has it helped you lose weight?
Or has it helped you heal or overcome a serious medical condition? Tell us all about it.
What kind of asanas do you practice every day and how has it benefited you?
Share your inspiring stories and transformation journey with us.
