Vyagharasana (Lion-roaring pose)

Kneel on fours, to assume the classic cat pose (Marjari asana). Inhale, raising right hand in front of body. Focus your attention on the hand, as shown. Simultaneously lift right leg up. Straighten the leg as shown. Hold the pose, breathing normally. Relax. Rest on fours. Repeat for the left side.

Avoid: If having knee or spinal pain.

Benefits: Same as the others.
