Travel Associates

~ You should have an IATA Certification.
~ You may also have a degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism.
~ You must preferably have experience in the travel industry.
Team Leaders

~ You must be a graduate.
~ You must have at least four years of experience in the service industry.
~ You must have at least one year of experience as a team leader.
~ You must possess leadership qualities.
~ You would provide training and assume responsibility of Associates in your team.
Trainers (Voice & Accent, Process & Corporate)

~ You should possess prior experience as a trainer.
~ You should be an expert in your respective domain.
