Cheerleaders have become an indispensable part of the Indian Premier League.

It is one of the biggest source of entertainment in India.

In the earlier seasons of IPL, the concept of cheergirls was at a nascent stage. But after Lalit Modi was shown the door by BCCI, cheerleading has undergone a significant change.

Teams like Pune Warriors have their team's cheergirls dressed only in traditional Indian outfits, even when the matches are played outside Pune. The Chennai Super Kings' cheerleaders also sport long pants.

But when it comes to teams like Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab, their cheerleaders sport the skimpiest outfits.

Rediff.com leaves it to the readers to decide what they prefer -- cheergirls in desi attire or the ones with western outfits.
