Ford EcoSport to undercut Renault Duster in pricing

Ford India is feeding us with details about the much awaited EcoSport, step by step. The official website now divulges the compact SUV's features list.

Significant among the myriad of electronic gadgetry is the Ford SYNC. It's nothing but a voice control enabled multimedia interface that can seamlessly connect with mobile and audio devices via Bluetooth or USB.

Ford even claims that you can load a 560 litre washing machine after folding the 60:40 rear seats!

The EcoSport's single biggest advantage over its rivals, especially the Duster, is its 'small car' categorisation in India.

As Michael Boneham, president & MD of Ford India told IAB, this will enable them to price the EcoSport "very competitively."
