A peek into the stunning BMW Vision

Cars and movies have a long connection.

Well, one such action movie was recently shot in Mumbai and to the delight of car lovers the sequences were those that involved a BMW Vision, EfficientDynamics, concept car.

The crowd gathered at Prabhadevi in Mumbai witnessed the shooting of Mission Impossible 4 with a futuristic looking BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car, second generation Indian BMW 650ci and a BMW 5 series with a modified front to fit and rear bumpers for cameras.

The movie apparently has Indian actor Anil Kapoor playing the role of a bad guy.

The BMW Vision concept car was recently showcased at the Geneva Motor Show. It is a car straight from the future.

The new two-seat BMW roadster concept has next gen driver information system that includes a 3D display on the dash along with other design elements like a shark-nose grille and new headlamps.

The information system displayed in the concept model will be seen in the production version of VisionED sports car and MegaCity EV in 2013.

The pictures of the shoot floated on the Internet show a car with spaceship like headlamps and unique upward opening doors that give it a very futuristic look.
