Bharatiya Janata Party will get absolute majority bagging around 46 seats in Delhi Assembly polls, riding on the 'Modi wave', while Aam Aadmi Party is likely to win in 18 constituencies, an opinion poll said on Monday.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notices to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Law Minister Somnath Bharti on separate pleas of two BJP leaders seeking to declare their election as void on the ground that they exceeded the poll expense limit of Rs 14 lakh each.
