Interrogation of Kerala based Jamat-i-yyathul Ansarul Musalimeen founder, Mohammad Sameer, has revealed that the 13/7 Mumbai blasts were planned in Dubai for which funding came to Kerala via Muscat, reports Vicky Nanjappa.
