Uttaranchal Chief Minister N D Tiwari today quit from the post and sent his resignation to Congress President Sonia Gandhi
Ending months of speculation, Uttaranchal Chief Minister N D Tiwari on Thursday said he will be ready to bow out if the Congress high command so desires.
Only on Tuesday he had been discharged after being operated upon for a carbuncle last week.
