With an objective of increasing the state's share in IT business, Kerala government would set up a technocity as part of the fourth phase of expansion of technopark in Thiruvananthapuram, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said on Wednesday.
Infosys Ltd will set up a new campus at Technocity here, estimated to cost Rs 600 crore (Rs 6 billion), providing a boost to the IT sector in the state.
Even if they score administratively, state governments ruled by the party suffer from an inability to communicate positively, say observers.
