The Supreme Court on Thursday issued fresh directions to the Madhya Pradesh government to provide adequate security to Rubabuddin Sheikh, brother of Sohrabuddin Sheikh who was killed in a fake encounter by the Gujarat police.
The apex court had on August 1 upheld the clean chit given by the high court and the trial court to the BJP president in the encounter case and rejected the plea for its revival.
