OCL India Ltd fixed February 28 record date to to buy back shares.
OCL India Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors at its meeting held on Saturday has decided that a maximum of 11,83,708 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each be bough back at a price of Rs 80 per share.
OCL India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 37.70 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 as compared to Rs 6.50 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2001.
