Ferrari have accused former technical manager Nigel Stepney of passing secrets to Formula One rivals.
McLaren were stripped all of their points in the 2007 Formula One constructors championship and fined $100 million in the spying case.

"I did not take any designs away from Ferrari. Someone passed on the designs but it wasn't me," Stepney told Italy's La Repubblica.
Nigel Stepney, the former Ferrari employee accused of leaking information to McLaren, again denied any wrongdoing.
