Seema's questioning also comes at a time when a little-known right-wing fringe group in Greater Noida has threatened a protest if Haider, who illegally entered India with her four children, is not evicted from the country 'within 72 hours'.
Seema Ghulam Haider, around 30, and Sachin Meena, around 25, were arrested on July 4. While Seema was charged with illegally entering India, Sachin was booked for sheltering the illegal immigrant.
Section 363 of the IPC relates to punishment for kidnapping while Section 366 is concerned with kidnapping, abducting or inducing a woman to compel her marriage, etc.
