Thirteen accused in the case are in custody under the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act
The 13 accused had earlier refused to participate in the trial and pleaded against the charges framed against them by the court, saying that they wanted the trial to be transferred to another court.
The accused have been charged under the MCOCA, IPC, Railways Act, Explosives Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Explosives Substances Act.
It also extended the police custody of another accused after the Anti-terrorist Squad said it wanted to take him to Bangalore for a narco-analysis test.
