His Doc tries to convince him saying there r few patients who fought back & lived upto 10 years with surgery, medication & diet. But he knows, most of da patients dont survive that long. Again, da medical treatment itself is agonizing & shall drain his health & life time savings. He knows well that except for his wife, others will forget him by passage of time. What shud he do?
