A bench comprising Justices Ruma Pal and Dalveer Bhandari passed the order during resumed hearing of a PIL filed by Image India Foundation seeking to identify and deport all Bangladeshi illegal migrants from the country.
A PIL has sought a CBI probe into the presence of nearly two crore illegal Bangladeshi migrants in India and striking their names off the electoral rolls.
