The 11 athletes, including Asian Games bronze medallist wrestler Mausam Khatri, who were handed two-year bans by a NADA panel for flunking dope tests, are planning to appeal the decision.
The four dope-tainted wrestlers who were earlier named in the Commonwealth Games squad only to be replaced later will not be taken back even after the provisional suspension on them was lifted by NADA Disciplinary Panel, Wrestling Federation of India said on Monday.
