IOC, Oil India keen to buy out Gulfsands Petroleum

State-owned Indian Oil Corp and Oil India Ltd on Tuesday confirmed making an 'approach' to take over the Middle-East focussed oil firm Gulfsands Petroleum Plc for an undisclosed cash amount.
