BCCI interim chief Jagmohan Dalmiya is set to be elected unopposed in a straightforward affair at the Cricket Association of Bengal's 82nd Annual General Meeting in Kolkata, on Tuesday.
Gautam Dasgupta would represent the Cricket Association of Bengal at the BCCI's Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27 and 28.
They will be called to the meeting separately to prevent any more direct confrontation, BCCI joint secretary Gautam Dasgupta said.
The ace off-spinner will leave for Melbourne next week to correct his bowling action under Bruce Elliot.
A three-member committee will look into the effectiveness of last season's contracts and submit a report to the Board.
