Q. I am a VLSI (DFT) engineer having 18 months of experience.I am going for a job switch , most probably a long term one(say I wont switch jobs for next 4-5 years).I presently have 2 job offers in hand i.e. Freescale semiconductors and Nvidia Corp.Which one would be a better option in terms of work culture , quality of work , compensation (long term) , learning prospective etc ??
