Q. I went for the visa interview this morning at mumbai consulate that is June 17th 2008. the interview was good. the Lady consular told me my visa have been approved and that the visa will sent to me. but all of a sudden she asked me to wait and started to look for something in her computer, she kept me waiting for good 5 mins and then handed me a a white form which says VISA placed in pending status per SECTION 221(g) and told me its not denied and that the consulate will call me. and did not mention any reason on the form which she gave me..
