AC Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has met Manchester City officials to discuss the future of Kaka, but the Brazilian has said he is happy at the Serie A club.

Galliani spoke with City on Tuesday but Milan did not say if an offer was made for the playmaker or whether they would accept any bid.

"Galliani received a delegation from Manchester City yesterday in Milan as a gesture of courtesy like always in these cases," AC Milan said in a statement on Wednesday.

"There are no talks at the moment."

Kaka told Sport Mediaset he was happy at the San Siro but it was not clear when the interview took place.

"I want to grow old at Milan," he said, without clarifying whether he was referring to the City reports.

"My aim is to become the captain of this team. I have already turned down some big offers."

Media reports have said City, now the richest club in the world after being taken over by the Abu Dhabi United Group, had bid 100 million euros (90.2 million pounds) for the 26-year-old, who won the Ballon D'Or and FIFA world player of the year award in 2007.

City are also interested in Milan's reserve goalkeeper Dida, the Serie A club said.
