Monfils pulls out of Wimbledon June 23, 2008 20:14 IST Last Updated: June 23, 2008 23:57 IST Frenchman Gael Monfils has withdrawn from Wimbledon with a shoulder injury, tournament organisers said on Monday. The 30th seed, who earlier this month reached the semi-finals at the French Open where he lost to Roger Federer [Images], will be replaced by Ilia Bozoljac of Serbia. Monfils was due to play Australian Chris Guccione on Monday and would have been a likely third-round opponent for five-times champion Federer.
