Sparks are expected to fly in Parliament on Wednesday as the Congress looks set to target the government on the issue of violence against Dalits.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi says her party will raise the Dalit issue in parliament today. The Congress has given notice in Lok Sabha on the incident in Una, Gujarat where some persons claiming to be "Gau rakshak" thrashed seven Dalit youths in Una last week alleging that they had killed a cow which they were skinning.
