Six hurt in J&K grenade blast

Six civilians were injured in a powerful hand grenade explosion in the north Kashmir town of Baramulla on Friday afternoon.

Police said the militants were targeting the local police station but the grenade exploded on the roadside injuring the civilians.

The injured were rushed to the local hospital and the area was cordoned off and searches were being conducted to nab the militants.
