The CBI official, who is probing murder of student leader Daniel Toppo, filed a complaint last evening that the Minister allegedly offered him a bribe of Rs 10 lakh to hush up the case. Toppo was the district president of the All Assam Tea Tribe Students Union and had contested the 1996 assembly elections against Borah.
