Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Lal Kishenchand Advani will launch the party's campaign on Sunday for the Punjab Assembly elections slated for February 13.

He will address rallies with the Shiromani Akali Dal leaders in Pathankot and Amritsar.

He will address another meeting at Batala, 30 kilometers from Amritsar, before flying back to Delhi.

The party's general secretary Arun Jaitley, who is in charge of the Punjab polls, will accompany Advani from Pathankot.

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who is upset with the BJP leadership for keeping him out of the parliamentary board, will also campaign on Sunday.

He will travel to Ludhiana and Jallandhar.
