BJP rules out discord in Himachal ranks December 28, 2007 10:12 IST With the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party set to win the Himachal Pradesh assembly elections, the party's chief ministerial candidate P K Dhumal on Friday said there were no differences with senior leader Shanta Kumar. Dhumal accused the Congress of misleading the people in every sphere especially on the development front. Dhumal was ahead of his Congress rival B C Langwal from the Bamson assembly seat.
