Natwar submits statement to RS Secretariat August 10, 2006 13:17 IST Suspended Congress leader Natwar Singh, who has sought to table a privilege notice against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for leakage of the Pathak report, on Thursday submitted his statement to the Rajya Sabha Secretariat. The statement was given to Rajya Sabha Secretary General Yogendra Narain, shortly before the Question Hour ended. "I have given a statement to the Rajya Sabha Secretariat and it is for the chairman to decide," Natwar Singh told reporters.
