Tehelka: New cases against army officials

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered fresh cases against two retired army officials and the former treasurer of Samata Party, R K Jain, in connection with the Tehelka expose.

CBI sources said the cases were filed against Jain under Section 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and under Section 9 and 10 of PCA against the then Director General Ordinance Major General (retd) M S Ahluwalia and Lt Colonel V P Sayal respectively.
