Political parties are falling over each other in trying to rope in film stars.

And the screen idols are obliging -- Zeenat Aman, Asrani, Celina Jaitley, Shakti Kapoor (Congress). Yukta Mookhey, Hema Malini, Sudha Chandran, Suresh Oberoi, Jeetendra, Poonam Dhillion (BJP).

And this is not an exhaustive list!

What makes these stars hit the election trail?

Money?

Or a genuine desire to participate in our democratic process?

Does this star power really matter to you? Speak up!
