Superstar Rajnikanth underwent a minor plastic surgery in his lips on Tuesday morning, sources close to the actor told PTI.

Rajnikanth went to a corporate hospital last night and  after check-up he was hospitalised this morning for the surgery.

Hospital sources, however, neither confirmed nor denied the actor's admission to the hospital.
