Telgi case claims Karnataka minister January 04, 2004 15:09 IST Karnataka Minister for Small Scale Industries Roshan Baig has resigned following allegations of his involvement in the stamp paper scam, official sources said on Sunday. The opposition, particularly the Bharatiya Janata Party, had called for his resignation. Rehan Baig, his brother, had recently surrendered before the Special Investigation Team of Karnataka.
