J&K minister's nephew abducted

Unidentified gunmen abducted a close relative of Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Public Health Qazi Mohammad Afzal from Srinagar on Monday afternoon, official sources said.

Three gunmen came in a Tata Sumo and abducted the minister's nephew, Mohammad Alta Qazi, from Lar in Ganderbal at gunpoint, they said.

No militant outfit has so far claimed responsibility for the abduction, the sources said.
