Pasricha's transfer challenged February 04, 2004 18:27 IST Three lawyers on Wednesday filed public interest litigations in the Bombay high court challenging the abrupt transfer of Mumbai Police Commissioner P S Pasricha to the Maharashtra Police Housing Corporation and sought a direction to restrain the government from shifting him.
