Three more arrested for Bhojshala violence

February 27, 2003 20:43 IST

Three more people were arrested under the National Security Act for their alleged involvement in the violence that followed the foiled attempt by Hindu Jagran Manch activists to enter the Bhojshala-Kamaal Moula mosque on February 18.

So far seven people have been arrested in this connection. The three were identified as Deepak Vidkar, Lalchand Sirvi and Amar, official sources said.

Meanwhile, the Dhar district administration has called an all-party meet to discuss the Centre's decision to allow Hindus and Muslims to worship at Bhojshala on Tuesdays and Fridays respectively.
