Hearing of PIL on Satyendra Dubey on Jan 5

The Supreme Court on Friday listed for hearing on January 5, 2004 a PIL seeking setting up an inquiry commission to probe who leaked the name of National Highway Authority of India official Satyendra Dubey, which seemingly led to his murder.

The petition also sought framing of guidelines to protect the identity of persons who expose corruption.
