Advani, Sonia to visit Mumbai on Tuesday August 25, 2003 20:05 IST Last Updated: August 25, 2003 23:37 IST Deputy Prime Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani will visit Mumbai on Tuesday for an on-the-spot assessment of the situation following Monday's bomb blasts. He is expected to visit to the sites of the blasts and also the injured people in hospitals, informed sources said. Advani will leave for Mumbai immediately after attending the BJP Parliamentary Board meeting in Delhi. Gandhi has directed Maharashtra Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde to take stern action against those responsible for the crime, she added.
