Following the blackout in United States, Air-India's flights out of New Jersey and New York have been delayed and would now reach Mumbai on Saturday afternoon as against their scheduled arrivals on Friday night.

The Boeing 747-400 flights from New York via London-Delhi (AI 112) and New Jersey via Paris (AI 144) have been delayed and will now land on Saturday afternoon, an Air-India spokesman said on Friday.

Consequently, Saturday's outgoing flights to New York (AI 101) and New Jersey (AI 145) are now being rescheduled due to late arrival of the aircraft, he said.
