Bollywood celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema!

Today, 100 years ago, India's first full-length Raja Harishchandra was released. The silent film has been directed by Dadasaheb Phalke. Several members of the film fraternity discussed the landmark event on Twitter:

Pooja Bhatt: '100 yrs of Indian Cinema.. Far more technical expertise today but gone are the days where your 'word' meant more than any contract could. I grew up in a generous Bollywood.Flops worked like glue. Today even after a hit most can't bear being in the same room with each other. Soha Ali Khan is currently busy shooting for Bollywood's first war comedy War Chhod Na Yaar in Rajasthan. 

'And I m off again back to the deserts of rajasthan to finish 'war, cchod na yaar'! Back in one week for the release of go goa gone - yay!' she tweeted.
