PIX: Anurag Kashyap and team unveil Shorts

Anurag Kashyap, who had directed a short film titled Murabba as part of Bombay Talkies, has co-produced another collection of five short films that are Sujata, Epilogue, Audacity, Mehfuz and Shor directed by five filmmakers -- Shlok Sharma, Siddarth Gupt, Anirban Roy, Rohit Pandey and Neeraj Ghaywan

At an unveiling of the film -- titled Shorts -- held in Mumbai on June 24, actors Huma Qureshi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Richa Chaddha -- who star in the film -- were present.

The trio has previously worked together in Kashyap's mafia epic Gangs Of Wasseypur.

The producer-director, known for supporting new talent in films, was also present at the do.

The film is co-produced by Guneet Monga, Kashyap's associate on many recent films including Gangs Of Wasseypur and The Lunch Box and CEO of Anurag Kashyap Films Pvt. Ltd.

Actor Vineet Singh -- last seen as the protagonist in Kashyap's short for Bombay Talkies -- flanked by two of the directors Neeraj Ghaywan (on his right) and Siddhart Gupt.

Shorts is scheduled to release on July 12.
