He has brushed shoulders with Hollywood's top stars over the years, and produced more than 100 films.

Ashok Amritraj is now promoting his latest film, Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengence, starrng Nicholas Cage.

Amritraj seems pretty kicked about the film, which is shot in some of the most exotic locations in thw world and has some amazing special effects in 3D.

Having spent more than three decades in the industry, the former tennis star -- who is known for his films like Double Impact, Premonition and Bandits amongst others -- has worked with some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

He gives us the inside story on some of them.

Nicolas Cage

I enjoyed working with him in Ghost Rider 2. He is very much an actor and doesn't get involved in anything else. He likes to promote his films, and is a thorough professional and extremely good to work with.

From The Rock to Face Off to National Treasure, he has had an extraordinary career.

He is an actor who has been there, done that, and then fell down, but fought the tough times and came back winning.

You always remember your firsts very fondly. We had our first hit movie (Double Impact) together and I continue to have a close relationship with him.

He should have been a bigger star than he is. He took some roadblocks in between and I suppose that is the reason he has had a very difficult career.

He is very professional and is involved in whatever he does. I remember when I met him in 1984 he couldn't speak English. Then when I met him again in 1990, he was much better. When we started shooting for Double Impact, he was even better. I would say he is very hard working.

He could have been one of the biggest action stars of all time if he hadn't been derailed by the mid-90s, but he still remains my close friend.

Sylvester Stallone

He is just amazing. So many times we have had conversations about how we made it in our own ways. He had a very difficult time in Hollywood until he made Rocky.

Whenever you think of Stallone you always feel there is Rocky because that is an iconic film.

He is involved in all facets of filmmaking as he has directed, produced and written movies.

I have had a wonderful experience working with him in Get Carter.

Robert De Niro

I worked with him in my film Machete two years back and I can simply say that he is one actor who has done it all. History shows that he symbolises the great actor. He never fails to deliver.

With a body of work that has spanned more than four decades I don't think there is anything that he hasn't been able to do. He is a contemporary actor who has kept pace with the changing times.

De Niro stamps all of his characters with quiet authority. He is one of the most versatile actors I have ever worked with in. He has been an inspiration to so many people.

He loves life and has a great energy. He has had an historical career. He has some of the greatest movies to his name. He is good and disciplined in his job.

He is a true action hero, but at the same time he is one actor who can pull off a comedy or serious role with ease.

He tries to give his own touch to all the films and is a sheer genius.
