Trisha to team up with Dhanush?

If all goes according to plan, Trisha will pair up with Dhanush in his next yet-untitled project with director Durai Senthilkumar.

This will be a first for the actress, who was earlier considered for Dhanush’s National award-winning film Aadukalam. She was also in the running for Amy Jackson’s role in his upcoming venture Thanga Magan.

The film will have Dhanush essaying a dual role and Shamlee has already been roped in to play one of the heroines.

Rajini Murugan postponed to Pongal

Among the films that got postponed due to the incessant rains that lashed the coast of Tamil Nadu is the long-delayed Rajini Murugan.

Produced by Lingusamy, the film features the hugely successful Sivakarthikeyan and Malayalam actress Keerthi Suresh. The film was to hit the marquee on December 4, but the rains forced many theatres to shut down.

The latest we hear is that the film has been postponed to January.

The official Twitter handle of the producers, Thirupathi Brothers has confirmed that the film will be released during the festival of Pongal.

Dhanush’s Thanga Magan trailer excites his fans

Velaiyilla Pattathari was one of the biggest hits of 2014. The same team -- Dhanush, music composer Anirudh Ravichander and director Velraj -- are back with their second venture titled Thanga Magan.

The trailer has gone viral on social networking sites, crossing over two million views.

Dhanush is seen romancing leading ladies, Amy Jackson and Samantha, and this has raised much speculation about the plot.

Director KS Ravikumar and Raadhika Sarathkumar also essay significant roles in the film.

The music has already become a rage. And with the film all set to release this weekend after the long rain days, his fans are super excited.
